I think you are talking about the Life Laundry. It was really good, and was the only one that didn’t sensationalise & belittle the problem. Jasmine should do a series helping other hoarders, since she is so experienced and I think people would trust her.
As the daughter od a hoarder, I sometimes worry about tendencies in myself… Sheet music is something it feels almost sacreligeous to throw out (even though I can’t read it or play an instrument!)
I just threw some out that I’d been holing onto for about 10 years for sentimental reasons, but I haven’t regretted it. I now have more space in my drawers!
