The word onMar 7 was hoard.
I think its fine to get a bit of help when stuck!
I hate ones with one letter twice. Or things like nymph ! There are clues on the Express newspaper- Google express and wordle.Or you can just do some guesses and find out the answer when you fail!
I actually mananged hoard! hahaha at the moment. Whats your approach. I find entering rather differtne words at sthe start to figure out the letters works better for me than working from what I have and expanding

CQ, I concur with your approach – & I also try to identify all the vowels right away.

I also like another 5-letter-word game called jotto. We used to play it just with pencil & paper. The online version I play is at jotto.augiehill.com . I haven’t looked too hard for other versions.
