Tips for family members
With thanks to bluesyjay for listing it.
As a hoarder, I think it would be challenging if someone said that they wouldnt leave until some major risk was sorted out (eg pile of paper next the stove). But she does stress that the tone should be of concern and affection. (Another video is shown straight afterwards- I only watched the first few seconds. One of the speakers is an orthopaedic surgeon?!)

Maybe more interesting as it talks about why its not a good idea to chuck someone’s hoard away- it doesnt change the behaviour and risks damaging the relationship.
Both speakers are experts on this topic.
