Oddsocks, just want to let you know that I understand the paralysis. It’s not just you. I’ve also got floor issues, although mine have to do with termites. I literally avoid going into that room because it overwhelms me

Was just listening to a podcast about
“If only” thinking. “If only I had ….” or “If only I were ….”I’ll confess that I fall into “If only” thinking.
But I’m catching myself more, and that gets me back into the present moment. Hope they can check one room at a time so that you can still get it done.
Since you know it has to happen — does it motivate you to let go of some of the clutter?
