Thanks for your post and the link, kaizen!

I had read about that time capsule experiment before — amazing.

Earlier today I was reading Atomic Habits. Loved this passage:

      Quote:

I once heard a story about a man who uses a wheelchair. When asked if it was difficult being confined, he responded, “I’m not confined to my wheelchair – I am liberated by it. If it wasn’t for my wheelchair, I would be bed-bound and never able to leave my house.” This shift in perspective completely transformed how he lived each day.

Reframe your habits to highlight their benefits rather than their drawbacks.

Changing my self-talk and shifting my perspective has made such a difference. I now catch myself in moments where I feel like I’m a different person :!:

Thanks to my phenomenal coping skills my hoard is not increasing during the current time of stress. It is severely cluttered. But as I said thanks to my phenomenal coping skills I am getting everything done that needs to be done. Pure personal awesomeness is even helping me make progress. I will have to check the link later :D

Whoa! Powerful article! As a person who beliefs that my core is an eternal intelligence I can only say wow. WOW! Powerful words. 100% with her.
