General Discussion › Twenty Twenty Television wanting to speak to hoarders
This is fantastic and I am sure and hope that people will apply. I think though for a lot of us who are children of hoarders our lives would be a total misery if we exposed our parents to the shame of the world. It’s what they need but they would never forgive us because to the outside world no one knows how they live inside except us. Good luck with recruiting though because the more exposure it gets the more hope it may give for us who are struggling with relatives in this situation.

I completely agree with your comments, I am the mother of a hoarder and my son wouldn’t forgive my if I put his name forward, especially as he hates being the centre of attention, but I shall be very interested to see the documentary programme and hope you’ll let us know when it’s on television.
