General Discussion › Letting go of physical clutter to make space for miracles
CQ, so glad you’re practicing positive wording with yourself now!
The authors of that ebook explained ego-based intentions vs. soul-based intentions during their masterclass.
When you make choices from the ego, you’ll feel contracted or tight in your body. You may have anxiety or fear & what manifests in your life comes through struggle. Not ease. The ego is about “should” and obligations & fear. When you set ego-based intentions you feel like you’re pushing & forcing & over-efforting. You feel like you have to manipulate & control to make your intentions happen & to get the results you want.
When you create from the soul, you’re in the realm of expansion. It feels warm & open & settled & grounded & it flourishes in a loving feeling. A feeling of infinite possibilities is flowing through you. It’s a different vibration altogether.
Example of an ego intention vs soul intention: “I want to lose 20 pounds” is worded as an ego-based intention. It’s coming from that ego of maybe you’re afraid of being judged or rejected or maybe you’re having a hard time loving yourself the way you are.
The soul’s version of that same intention: “I am fit, vital & healthy in a body that reflects the radiant being that I am on the inside.” This causes you to feel expanded & excited. It’s about aligning with the truth of who you are.
One of my soul-based intentions that I wrote down earlier this month is, “I open the doors for a community of like-minded people to join in on a healing journey.” And wouldn’t you know it — I set up the Discord server and so far we are a group of six about to journey together tomorrow
